Very rare. This translation of Virgil's immortal epic poem was completed by Etvart Hiwrmiwz (Edward Hurmuzian, 1799-1876). The copy bears the following manuscript birthday dedication on the flyleaf: 'From Percy Radcliffe to his father, June 5th 1848' (i.e., J. Percival Pickford Radcliffe, 1824-1908, later 3rd Baronet).8vo (23 x 15 cm), [2], engraved frontispiece and title, [20], 631pp., with three steel-engraved plates, very light spotting, contemporary red morocco, richly gilt, all edges gilt, slightly rubbed.
